Diamonds League is our 60-minute small-sided soccer program for boys and girls ages 4–9, designed to keep every player involved and learning.
Each session combines 30 minutes of skill development with 30 minutes of 3v3 or 4v4 games, giving players the opportunity to immediately use what they’ve learned in a game environment.
With no goalkeepers, small teams and fewer players on the field, everyone gets more touches on the ball, more chances to attack and defend, and more opportunities to make their own decisions.
There are no benches and no standing around. The focus is on participation, confidence, creativity and learning the game through play — while keeping soccer FUN.
30 MINUTES LEARN. 30 MINUTES PLAY. 60 MINUTES OF SOCCER.
More touches. More action. More fun.
Academy is a 60-minute small-group training program for boys and girls ages 6–11, focused on technical skills, confidence and overall player development.
Each session follows four simple phases: individual skills, group drills, 1v1 training and a small-sided scrimmage. This structure gives players plenty of repetitions while teaching them how to apply their skills in real game situations.
